What type of vehicle do you use?

I use a comfortable, well-maintained 2022 Toyota Innova Reborn with air conditioning, leather seats, free WiFi, phone chargers, and complimentary bottled water. The vehicle can accommodate up to 6 passengers.

Are your tours private or shared?

All tours are completely private. You won't be sharing the vehicle with other tourists. This means you can customize your itinerary, take as much time as you want at each location, and travel at your own pace.

What is included in the tour price?

Tour prices include private air-conditioned vehicle, English-speaking driver, fuel, parking fees, and complimentary bottled water. Entrance fees to attractions and meals are typically not included unless specified in the package.

I accept cash (IDR or USD), bank transfer, and major credit cards. Payment is typically made at the end of the tour, though advance payment may be required for special arrangements or high-season bookings.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. For special events or peak season, please check specific terms when booking.

I provide pickup from anywhere in Bali including hotels, villas, airports, and cruise ports. The pickup location should be confirmed when booking. Pickup is included in all tour prices.
